Do you file or negotiate my insurance claim for me?
No. We are not public adjusters. We document your roof's condition — photos and slope-by-slope notes to the standard adjusters expect — and explain what we found in plain English. Filing and negotiating the claim, and any coverage decision, stays between you and your insurer.
What does the claims documentation process cost?
The inspection and documentation are free and no-obligation. You keep the written, photo-backed report whether or not you hire us for the repair or replacement.
How is this different from a public adjuster?
A public adjuster represents you in negotiating the claim itself. We don't do that — we produce the roof-condition documentation an adjuster expects to see, so you can have an informed conversation with your insurer. Some homeowners use our report alongside a public adjuster; we're not a substitute for one.
What if the damage doesn't look bad enough to justify a claim?
We'll tell you. We don't fabricate or oversell damage — if a repair or a wait-and-see approach makes more sense than filing, that's what we'll recommend.
